My practice focuses on employment, human rights and administrative law litigation, and includes domestic and international employment advice, drafting offer letters and employment contracts, workplace policies and handbooks, advising on bonus and commission plans, workplace privacy issues, independent contractors, confidential and proprietary information, and discipline and terminations.
I have a special interest in the role and impact of cyberlaw in the workplace, and regularly advise on the management (or support of, depending on your perspective) of social media and technology in the employment context.
In addition to the day-to-day solicitor work, I handle the full range of litigation, should your matter escalate into an arbitration or court case.
